Salt and pepper pork chops to taste, place pork chops in pan cook 3-4 minutes each side. While pork chops are cooking thinly slice onion and apples.

When pork chops are at least 145℉ in the center, remove to a plate and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and onions to pan and sauté for 3-5 min until translucent.
Add chicken broth, apples, brown sugar, rosemary, and cinnamon. Sauté 5-7 min or until desired tenderness.
Place pork chops back in pan and cook 3-4 more minutes to rewarm and enjoy.
Notes
Any neutral flavored cooking oil works for this recipe. Vegetable, canola, coconut or avocado oil would be great options.Use any apple that holds up to a little bit of cooking. Jonathan, jonagold, or granny smith would be delicious.
