apple cider
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add the egg and apple cider, stirring until just combined.
Let sit while you preheat the waffle iron.
Ladle batter into greased waffle iron and cook to your liking.
Hold in a warm oven (about 225°F) until ready to serve.
Notes
Substitute up to a half of a cup of whole wheat flour for the all purpose flour if desired.
