This no churn dulce de leche ice cream doesn’t require any ice cream machine. Plus it has rich caramel notes and chocolate. Add to that bits of sugar cone and you are really in business. it’s like eating your favorite sundae cone in every bite!
If possible, stick a bowl and your beater in the fridge or freezer for about 15 minutes before you start. Starting with everything cold will make your cream whip easier.
Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Stir in the dulce de leche until completely incorporated.
Fold in the sugar cones bits and chocolate chips.
Spoon into a loaf pan.
Drizzle with hot fudge or chocolate syrup and then run a knife through it to swirl.
