honey

apple cider vinegar

mustard

vegetable, canola etc.

bag coleslaw mix

large apple
chopped
Instructions
Whisk together honey, vinegar, mustard, salt and oil.
Stir in coleslaw mix and apple, tossing to coat.
Refrigerate for at least an hour, stirring occasionally to keep the dressing distributed.
Serve cold
Notes
This is a great place to use a grainy mustard, honey mustard, or Dijon mustard.
