Put all ingredients in a mixer or food processor. (Or do what I did and make it in a mixing bowl with a stick blender)
Blend or process until smooth.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate and baked in a 350°F oven for 55-60 minutes. The center should be almost set, it should just have a slight wiggle when shook.
Cool completely and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
