Ingredients

pasta

hard boiled eggs
1
cup
mayonnaise
or plain Greek yogurt

Tablespoons
yellow mustard
2
Tablespoons
white vinegar
2
Tablespoons
granulated sugar

teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
black pepper
1
teaspoon
paprika
Instructions
Cook the pasta to al dente following the directions on the box. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Chop the eggs.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar and spices together in large bowl. Stir in the eggs.
Add drained pasta and stir to coat.
Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
