honey

lemon juice

baking soda

milk

yogurt
plain or vanilla

lemon extract

blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8-inch pan
In a mixing bowl, combine milk, yogurt, egg, lemon juice, salt, and lemon extract.
Stir in oatmeal, honey, and baking soda.
Fold in blueberries and pour into greased pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until just set.
Serve warm or at room temperature, refrigerate leftovers.
