butter
melted

plain yogurt

maple syrup

old fashioned oatmeal

teaspoon
salt

baking soda

white whole wheat flour

large peach
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a muffin pan.
In a large bowl, mix together butter, yogurt, egg, and maple syrup until well combined.
Stir in the oatmeal, salt, flour, and baking soda until well mixed.
Stir in peach pieces and whole wheat flour until just combined.
Spoon into muffin pan.
Bake for 17-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
