medium onion

roma tomatoes
chopped

jalapeno
diced

package taco seasoning
red pepper flakes to taste

shell noodles
about 3/4 package

Instructions
Set Instant Pot to "Saute" function and let it heat up.
Add oil and ground beef.
Sautee for a few minutes until beef starts to brown.
Add in the onions and saute until soft and fragrant.
Once meat is browned and onions are soft, add the tomatoes, jalapeno, taco seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Stir and then add pasta, beef broth, and water.
Seal and lock the lid.
Turn Instant Pot to Soup Function or High Pressure and set cook time to 10 minutes.
Press start.
Once done cooking, manual release the steam and unlock the lid.
Serve soup hot with toppings of choice: cheese,sour cream, hot sauce
