A salad is not complete until it’s topped with my Aunt Ellen’s Parmesan salad dressing. It is the perfect mix of flavors and is sure to make your next salad delicious!
Put ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ½ cup vegetable oil, ¼ cup olive oil, ¾ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, 1 clove garlic, ¼ cup lemon juice, ¼ tsp paprika, and ¼ tsp oregano in a blender.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a jar with tight fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
