Beat 8 oz. cream cheese until it is light and fluffy. Make sure there are no lumps.
Add the 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk a little bit at a time, mixing it in as you go.
Once the condensed milk is incorporated, stir in the ¾ cup frozen orange juice concentrate.
Add the 1 cup heavy cream, then beat until the filling is light and fluffy.
Spoon into a graham cracker crust or two.
Refrigerate or freeze for at least two hours, but longer is even better.
Garnish with whipped cream and/or mandarin oranges if desired.
Notes
You can use one or two 6 oz. graham cracker crusts. It will be piled high in one crust or make to level pies. Or use a deep dish crust and make one pie.
¾ cup of orange juice concentrate is 6 oz. or half of a 12 oz. can. Pineapple orange juice concentrate is also delicious in this pie.
For even bolder flavor, add up to a teaspoon of orange extract or some orange zest.
