This old fashioned cranberry pineapple salad is cool and creamy. The 4 ingredient recipe is simple to make and tastes amazing. You are going to love this different way to have your cranberries.
In large mixing bowl, chop up 1 14 oz can whole cranberry sauce.
Stir in 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, 1 cup sour cream, and ¼ cup chopped pecans.
Spoon into ramekins, square baking dish or loaf pan.
Freeze for at least 3-6 hours, but up to several days.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
This recipe works best with full fat sour cream.For a smoother texture, use a food processor and pulse the ingredients together until you get the texture you want.
