Ingredients

pound
lean ground beef
1
small onion
diced

cups
reduced sodium beef broth

ounce
can diced tomatoes

ounce
can chili beans
15
ounce
can black beans
rinsed and drained
4
ounce
can chopped green chilies
12
ounces
frozen corn kernels
1
packet
taco seasoning
Instructions
Place ground beef in a large pot. Brown over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until almost cooked through.
Add the onions and continue to cook unitil the onions are translucent and the ground beef is crumbled and cooked.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once the soup has come to a boil, drop the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 20 minutes before serving.
Top with your favorite toppings like sour cream, cheese, tortilla chips, hot sauce, avocado, pickled jalapenos etc.
