Put
1 cup chocolate chips
and
3 Tablespoons coconut oil
in a glass jar or bowl.
Microwave in 20-30 second bursts, stirring between each trip to the microwave. As soon as it can be stirred smooth, stop warming it up.
Let cool for a couple of minutes before drizzling over ice cream.
Store any extra magic shell in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a couple of weeks. Rewarm if needed before using.
