Crockpot marry me pork chops are so good that whoever you serve them to might get down on one knee right then and there. Luckily they are easy to make, they just look and tasty impressive.
Place 8 boneless pork loin chops in crockpot. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small mixing bowl combine 1½ cups chicken stock, 3 Tablespoons cornstarch, 1 cup heavy cream, 3 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon onion powder and ½ teaspoon paprika.
Pour the sauce mix over the pork chops in the crockpot.
Top with the ½ cup sundried tomatoes and 4 tablespoons butter.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
