Ingredients

ounces
fresh or frozen cranberries
½
cup
granulated sugar

20 oz can
crushed pineapple - drained
1
cup
mini marshmallows
1
cup
heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Put
12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
and
½ cup granulated sugar
in food processor. Pulse until the berries are finely diced.
Transfer berries to a bowl, cover and refrigerate at least a couple of hours or overnight.
Stir
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple - drained
and
1 cup mini marshmallows
into cranberries.
Whip
1 cup heavy whipping cream
until it forms stiff peaks.
Fold cream into cranberry mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
