I can't wait to share this recipe with you. It only takes 3 ingredients and the resulting fudge is so good. The creamy fudge and bits of Oreo are a match made in heaven. This Oreo fudge is sure to be a hit with anyone you share it with. Plus it is so quick and easy to make that you will keep coming up with excuses to make more. It is great for a just because treat or as part of your holiday treat trays and everything in between.
If desired, line an 8-inch pan with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.
Roughly chop 18 Oreos and set aside.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt 1 12 oz bag white baking chips and 1 cup sweetened condensed milk together using short 20-30 second bursts stirring between each until the mixture stirs smooth.
Add the chopped Oreos and stir to combine.
Spread in prepared pan.
Chill for at least one hour before cutting into small squares.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a couple of weeks. Freeze for longer storage.
Notes
Fudge can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. Ideally it would be in a cool dark place, to prevent it from melting or getting too soft.
If you are stacking the fudge, put wax paper between the layers to keep them from sticking together. Extras can be frozen for longer storage.
