Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together ⅔ cup all-purpose flour, 14 oz. sweetened flaked coconut and ¼ teaspoon salt.
Add 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir until incorporated.
Use a large cookie scoop to scoop about 3 Tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet. Use the back of a spoon or your fingers to form the dough into a nest shape.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Cool completely before filling with candy eggs.
Store nests in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
