If you are wanting to bake up the richest fudgiest brownies of your life, you are in the right place. This recipe for condensed milk brownies is super simple and oh so good.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together ½ cup melted butter and ¼ cup light brown sugar.
Add ½ cup cocoa powder and stir until combined.
Mix in 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Add ¾ cup all purpose flour, ½ teaspoon baking powder, and 1 pinch salt. Stir until just combined.
Fold in ½ cup chocolate chips then spread in prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 24 minutes or until it is set.
Cool, then cut and serve. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
