BBQ Chex mix is a fun twist on the classic snack mix. Use your favorite BBQ rub for the perfect flavor. You can make it in your pellet grill for an extra smokey flavor, or bake it in the oven. Either way you will have that classic crunchy with a yummy barbecue flavor.
Melt ½ cup unsalted butter. Stir in 2½ Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and 2 Tablespoons BBQ Rub.
Put 3 cups rice Chex, 3 cups corn Chex, 3 cups wheat Chex, 4 cups cheese crackers, 2 cups pretzels, and 1 cup roasted peanuts in a large roasting pan or foil pan.
Drizzle butter mixture over all the the cereal and crackers. Stir to coat.
Place pan on smoker. Smoke for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from smoker and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 250℉

Put all of the 3 cups rice Chex, 3 cups corn Chex, 3 cups wheat Chex, 4 cups cheese crackers, 2 cups pretzels, and 1 cup roasted peanuts in a large roasting pan or foil pan.
