This one pot dinner is creamy and delicious. It is quick and easy too. It's a great way to turn ground pork into a fabulous weeknight meal.

garlic powder

black pepper

long grain white rice

can drained bean sprouts

can cream of mushroom soup

milk
use the soup can to measure

Instructions
In skillet, mix together pork, onion, garlic, and black pepper. Brown over medium high heat until pork is thoroughly cooked. Drain excess grease.
Add rice and cook until lightly toasted
Stir in bean sprouts, soup, milk and soy sauce
Cook and stir occasionally until just about to boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until the rice is done, about 20 minutes.
Serve with crunchy chow mein noodles and green beans
