mandarin oranges

shredded coconut

mini marshmallows

Instructions
Drain the liquid from the fruit. Save 1 Tablespoon of the pineapple juice.
Stir the pineapple juice into the sour cream. Add the fruit, coconut, and marshmallows. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Chill for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
Fee free to try using different fruit or additional fruit if desired.
You can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
