Slow Cooker Cheesy Kielbasa and Pierogis Casserole
Make creamy pierogis and kielbasa with the help of your Crockpot for an easy and filling meal. This comforting casserole has a creamy sauce and melted cheese to make it an easy and family friendly dinner.
Grease slow cooker insert. Add frozen pierogies, sausage, broth and pepper. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Stir in ¾ cup of cheddar and the sour cream. Top with remaining cheese. Cover and cook on high for 20-30 minutes more. The cheese should be melted and the sauce should be thick.
Serve topped with chives or green onion if desired.
