Maple cinnamon skillet granola is quick and easy to put together and it is perfect with fruit and yogurt. It only takes 5 ingredients and less than ten minutes to make a small batch of crunchy granola.
Toast oats in a large skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Once the oats start to smell toasty, add the remaining ingredients.
Continue to cook over medium heat for another 3-4 minutes. If the granola starts looking too dark or smelling like it is cooking too quickly, turn the heat down
Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Feel free to use butter or vegetable oil instead of coconut oil.
