This is the easiest no bake lemon pie out there. It is creamy, citrusy, cold and oh so delicious. You can serve it chilled or even frozen for a perfect summer dessert.

Ingredients
1 9inchgraham cracker crust
14ouncessweetened condensed milk
8ouncesWhipped Topping
1lemon
Instructions
Zest and juice the lemon.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Spread lemon filling mixture in graham cracker crust.
Chill or freeze for at least 2 hours.
Serve cold or frozen.
Notes
If you want to use bottled lemon juice, use 1/3 cup of lemon juice.
