Loaded Breakfast Meatballs
These meatballs have all of your breakfast favorites packed into a tiny bite sized meatballs. That's right, there is sausage, bacon, eggs and cheese all inside. They are a tasty and fun way to change up your brunch menu.

Ingredients
½
pound
bacon
cooked
2
hard boiled eggs
1
pound
bulk breakfast sausage
1
raw egg
¼
cup
old fashioned oats
½
cup
shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Chop hard boiled eggs and bacon into small pieces.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until combined.
Roll about 1 Tablespoon of mixture into a small ball and place on rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the centers reach 165°F.
Notes
For larger, ping-pong sized meatballs, bake for 20 minutes.
