Easy crockpot peanut clusters only take a handful of ingredients to make. They have a creamy chocolate coating with bits of toffee and plenty of peanut goodness. If you can stir, you can make these tasty candies.
Optional: 1 cup toffee bits and/or a couple of Tablespoons sprinkles
Instructions
Layer all of the ingredients (except the sprinkles) in your crockpot in the order listed. The crockpot that I used is 6 quarts.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low.
Stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Continue cooking and stirring every 5-10 minutes until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out about a Tablespoon of candy and place on parchment paper making sure to leave space between each scoop. Top with sprinkles if desired.
Allow to set completely before storing.
Notes
This recipe works with either dry roasted peanuts or cocktail peanuts. We use vanilla almond bark, but for a richer chocolate flavor you can use the chocolate flavored version.
