Filling

garlic

dried basil

dried oregano

grated Parmesan/Romano cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

breadcrumbs
Braciole

pounds
thinly sliced beef flank steak
round steak or Swiss steak cut into 4×5″ pieces.

spaghetti sauce
Instructions
Stir together all of the filling ingredients.
The steaks should be about ¼-inch thick. If they need it, pound them to that thickness.
Smear about ¼ cup of the filling each piece of steak. Roll them and secure with a couple pieces of the twine.
Brown the steak rolls as you work and place them in a 9×13-inch casserole.
Pour the spaghetti sauce over all of the steak rolls.
Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for about an hour.
Remove the strings before you serve them.
