This peanut butter maple snack mix is a perfect after school treat, road trip snack or portable pick me up! It is full of flavor, texture and plenty of crunch.

Ingredients

creamy peanut butter
¼
cup
maple syrup

Tablespoon
melted coconut oil or butter
½
teaspoon
salt

cups
Cheerios
or similar

cup
M&Ms
or similar

cup
roasted peanuts

cup
raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275°F and grease a rimmed baking sheet.
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, syrup, melted oil and salt. Add the cereal and toss to coat.
Spread over the greased, or parchment lined, baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every ten minutes.
Cool completely and then toss with candies, raisins and peanuts.
Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
