Ingredients
2
large pasteurized eggs
½
cup
light brown sugar
packed
½
cup
maple syrup
2
teaspoons
maple flavoring
3
cups
heavy cream
1½
cups
whole milk
or half and half
½
pound
bacon cooked
cooked crisp and finely chopped
Instructions
Whisk eggs until light and fluffy.
Add brown sugar, maple syrup and maple flavoring. Beat well.
Stir in heavy cream and milk until well mixed.
Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to your ice cream maker's directions.
When mostly frozen, sprinkle in crumbled bacon and mix combine.
Scoop into storage containers and freeze until solid.
