Hard Cider Bread
Homemade beer bread is so easy to make and a perfect accompaniment to stew, soup, chili and more. It is also perfect on it’s own with just a schmear of butter!

Ingredients

all purpose flour

teaspoons
baking powder

cup
granulated sugar

teaspoon
salt

room temperature hard cider or beer
1
Tablespoons
butter
melted
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Add the hard cider (or beer) and mix until combined.
Spread in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan
Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes
Brush top of loaf with butter and return to oven for at least 10 more minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
