Ingredients
For Brie

round of brie

cup
maple cranberry sauce
1
baguette
thinly sliced and toasted
optional: toasted pecans
Maple Cranberry Sauce

fresh or frozen cranberries

cup
apple juice
½
cup
maple syrup
½
cup
light brown sugar
packed
Instructions
Sauce
Combine all of the ingredients in a sauce pan.
Bring to a boil over medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes or until thickened.
Set aside to cool.
Assembly
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the brie on an oven safe dish.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until soft and gooey.
Top with about a cup of warm maple cranberry sauce.
Add pecans if desired and serve with toasted baguette slices.
