These garlic soy green beans are easy, delicious and cook quickly with the help of a pressure cooker.

fresh green beans
1
Tablespoon
butter
1
clove
garlic
minced

Tablespoon
soy sauce

cup
water
salt and pepper
Instructions
Trim the ends off your green beans and remove any strings.
Place in instant pot with butter, garlic, soy sauce and water.
Cook for 5 minutes and do a quick pressure release.
Stir to be sure all of the beans are coated in the cooking liquid and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve warm and refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days.
