A big batch of sloppy joes is perfect for a party, family reunion or large gathering of any kind. This recipe is even better made in advance and is perfect reheated in a slow cooker or roaster.
Place ground beef and onions in a large pot or roaster. Season with salt and pepper, then brown until cooked through. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size pan you have.
Drain the beef, then stir in the corned beef. Work the corned beef into small pieces.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
Serve right away. Refrigerate leftovers for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
This whole recipe can be made right in a big roaster. Turn up the heat to brown the meat then turn it down to keep everything warm until it's time to serve.
