Mini Ham and Cheese Quiche
Small little individual sized quiche are perfect for serving brunch to a crowd. But these mini ham and cheese quiche are also great for a quick make ahead grab and go breakfast!

Ingredients

wonton wrappers
½
cup
ham
chopped relatively finely
6
eggs
¼
cup
milk
1
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
¼
teaspoon
salt
⅛
teaspoon
pepper
1
cup
shredded cheese
cheddar, mozzarella or Parmesan work well
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 12 cup muffin pan with non-stick spray.
Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing it around the sides and bottom of the cup.
Beat together eggs, mustard and milk.
Stir in ham, cheese, salt and pepper.
Pour into wonton wrappers.
Bake for 20 minutes or until egg are fully set.
