Ingredients

eggs

light brown sugar

old fashioned oatmeal
¾
cup
milk

cup
plain yogurt

teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
teaspoon
baking soda

cup
pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a deep dish pie pan or an square baking dish.
Beat eggs until uniform.
Stir in remaining ingredients except for the pecans.
Pour into prepared baking dish and arrange pecans on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
