shrimp
deveined

Tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil

Tablespoon
lemon juice
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F and spray two rimmed baking sheet pans.
Toss the shrimp in olive oil, lemon juice and a generous sprinkling of salt and pepper. Let sit for about 5 minutes
Spread shrimp over prepared pans.
Cook for 5-8 minutes or until pink. Be careful not to overcook them.
Serve warm or place in the refrigerator to serve as cold shrimp cocktail.
