If you are looking for super soft cookies that are easy to make and just a bit different, I don’t blame you one bit. (And you’ve totally come to the right place!) These cookies and cream cookies are loaded with cream cheese for that perfect chewy bite and they start with a cake mix so there’s basically no measuring involved!
Stir in egg and vanilla, mixing until incorporated and smooth.
Mix in cake mix until just combined.
Fold in chopped cookie pieces.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Roll the dough into small balls. Roll dough balls in powdered sugar and place at least an inch apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet and then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
