Ingredients
1
cup
peanut butter
8
ounces
cream cheese
softened
¼
cup
sour cream
¾
cup
jelly of your choice
¼
teaspoon
salt
Optional: 2-3 Tablespoon honey
For garnish: Additional jelly and/or chopped peanuts
Dippers of your choice
we liked graham crackers, vanilla wafers, animal crackers, Ritz crackers and pretzels
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, sour cream, salt and jelly until smooth.
Taste and determine if it is sweet enough. Add more jelly or a couple of Tablespoons of honey until it's the way you like it.
Transfer to your serving bowl.
If desired, warm up a little additional jelly (a couple of Tablespoons should be plenty) so it is easy to spread. Spread over the top of the dip.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
Notes
This could easily be made with other nut butters as well, feel free to experiment with your favorites!
