Buffalo Ribs in the Instant Pot

rack baby back ribs
around 2 pounds

cup
buffalo wing sauce
plus more for serving
salt and pepper

water
Instructions
Generously sprinkle the ribs with salt and pepper, then rub in the buffalo sauce.
Spray your instant pot liner with non-stick cooking spray, then place the ribs inside.
Add water to instant pot then secure the lid and make sure the vent is closed.
Pressure cook on high for 25 minutes then allow the pressure to naturally release.
Brush with additional buffalo sauce and serve.
