Super creamy homemade chocolate ice cream flavored with hot chocolate mix and marshmallows. It's a great way to use the extra hot cocoa mix in the pantry and transition it from a winter to a spring treat.
Using a whisk or an immersion blender, mix together everything but the marshmallows. You want it to be well blended, but try not too whip to much air into the mixture.
Place the ice cream base into the bowl of your ice cream maker and churn as recommended by your machine.
When the mixture is done churning, remove from the bowl of your ice cream freezer and fold in the miniature marshmallows.
Store in a freezer safe container. Remove from the freezer about five minutes before you're ready to serve to let it soften just a little bit. Scoop and enjoy.
