Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400° F and grease a muffin tin.
Stir together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add the oil, egg and milk and stir until just combined.
Spoon into prepared muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
