Turn fresh or frozen strawberries into a tasty homemade sherbet with just four simple ingredients. The berry flavor really shines through in this refreshing dessert.
Process the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a food processor or blender until they are smooth. If desired, strain out the seeds and pulp, squeezing through as much of the juice as possible.
Stir in the milk.
Add to your ice cream maker and freeze according to your ice cream maker's directions.
When the ice cream maker is finished, transfer to a storage container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
