Make bacon, eggs and hash browns for the whole family at once with this easy sheet pan recipe. The oven does most of the work for you but you can take the credit when your family enjoys this tasty breakfast.
Put butter and oil on a half sheet pan (or other large rimmed baking pan). Place in oven for 1-2 minutes just to melt the butter. Swirl the pan to coat the bottom with the butter oil mixture.
Spread the hash browns over the pan. Sprinkle it with seasoned salt and black pepper. Toss to coat, then spread evenly over the sheet pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the bacon into 2 inch pieces.*
When the hashbrowns are cooked, sprinkle with bacon, reserving 6 small pieces. Make 6 wells, place one reserved piece of bacon in each well. Then crack an egg in each well. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of it all.
Bake for 10-12 more minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Enjoy!
Notes
For crisper bacon, add the bits of bacon during the last 5 minutes of baking the hash browns.
