Fudgy Marshmallow Brownies

These gooey brownies are topped with marshmallows and fudge for a perfect treat. Add chopped nuts for a rocky road version or eat them as is for Mississippi mud brownies.


All purpose flour Baking powder Granulated sugar Salt Cocoa powder Chocolate chips or other  Oil Eggs Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch pan.


In a large bowl stir together the flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sugar.

Add the oil, vanilla and eggs, Stir to combine. Fold in chocolate chips (I used white chips)

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Top hot brownies with marshmallows and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes or until they are puffy. Broil them for a few seconds if you want them to toast slightly.
