Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallows and Pecans
Only a few dishes are as comforting as sweet potato casserole on a cool fall day. The rich, creamy texture of the sweet potatoes is the perfect backdrop for the crunchy topping of marshmallows and pecans.
Sweet Potatoes Sugar Maple Syrup Butter Salt Cinnamon Nutmeg Vanilla Pecans Marshmallows
Mash sweet potatoes. Stir in butter, brown sugar, syrup, and seasonings.
Spread in casserole dish. Top with pecans.
Then add the marshmallows and bake.
Serve warm while the marshmallows are gooey.
