Sourdough Oatmeal Muffins

These sourdough oatmeal muffins are a perfect way to use up sourdough discard or unfed sourdough. They are loaded with good stuff, are just a little bit sweet, and have the perfect texture.



Oatmeal  Milk  Yogurt Sourdough Discard  Honey or Brown Sugar  Oil, Egg Flour  Baking Powder  Baking Soda  Cinnamon, Nutmeg  Salt, Raisins

Stir together a simple muffin batter. Use right away or refrigerate overnight.

Scoop into prepared muffin pan.

Bake until golden brown. 

Store at room temperature or freeze for longer storage.
