Seven Minute Frosting Recipe

Classic, fluffy, meringue-y, marshmallow-y frosting goodness made in almost no time.  This old fashioned 7 minute frosting is the perfect topping for devil’s food or almost any kind of cake!

Sugar  Water  Egg Whites  Cream of Tartar  Vanilla  Salt

Combine everything but the vanilla in a double boiler.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Beat for 7 minutes over boiling water. Remove from heat and beat in vanilla.

Spread over cake right away.
