Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

Make a creamy homemade pumpkin cheesecake to take your dessert table to the next level. It is easy to make with help of sweetened condensed milk and the optional sour cream topping makes it extra good tasty and visually appealing. 


Cream Cheese  Pumpkin  Condensed Milk  Eggs  Pumpkin Pie Spice  Vanilla  Graham Crackers  Butter

Use graham cracker crumbs and butter to make a crust. Gingersnaps or Golden Oreos would work as well.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, eggs and vanilla.

Stir in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.

Pour over crust and bake. Cool, then chill. Top with sour cream topping if desired.
