Grandma's Potato Chip Cookies

Grandma’s potato chip cookies only take 5 simple ingredients to make. The buttery shortbread cookies have an extra bit of salt and crunch from the potato chips. They are fabulous on their own or dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with some extra bits of potato chip.


Butter Sugar Vanilla Flour Potato chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Make simple dough. It's a stiff dough, so there is no need to chill.

Scoop dough onto cookie sheet and gently flatten.

Cool on wire rack before moving to storage container. 

If desired: Dip in melted chocolate or white chocolate and apply more chips for a fun finish.

These old fashioned potato chip cookies are buttery and delicious. No wonder they were in grandma's favorite recipe box.
